I saw this movie. You get the date and fall madly in love but then Anne discovers that you paid for your first date with her and lied and manipulated and she refuses to ever speak with you again. But in the last 15 mins you embark on a crazy-romantic stunt to win her back before she marries that jerk ( Perhaps Ben Affleck?) and she realizes that your love is true and pure and will last well into the end credits. I would help you out and say " Go get her man!" as the one dimensional buddy is supposed to but unfortunately, you will be played by Mark Ruffalo and neither of us wants to see him get Anne, right?
