Haven't corresponded with you in a while. Hope all is well.

Sorry about the pneumonia. Glad you're better. I know so many people who've been really sick this winter.
At least spring training is upon us. The Twins-Sox rivalry has become one of the fiercest in sports. They genuinely don't like each other. I'm looking forward to more of the same.
Be well.

Watched the Sox-Twins series. The Twins really miss Joe Mauer.

and to think I came for something that insightful and enlightening.

How are you? I haven't been following the wins much. From what I've noticed, they seem pretty competitive. It should be a 3-way battle for the division. Honestly, I think the Sox have turned the corner and are the team to beat.
On a more important note. AL FREAKIN FRANKEN ROCKS!

Just stopping by to say hi again. I remember that the first time I noticed you on SG it didn't have to do with the Sox or the Twins. It had to do with politics.
In that vein, I was wondering what your take was on what's going on with Obama, health care and the way Obama's enemies are trying to destroy him. Also, what can Obama do that he hasn't been doing to expose his enemies for what they really are?
I hope all is well with you.

If your Twins do finish off the Tigers I will be glad it was not the White Sox.

That is probably the best eulogy of a sporting venue that I have ever read.

One hell of a game man, one hell of a game.

Playoffs.....just saying the word makes me feel happy.

When does spring training get here?
I'm probably going to buy Bayonetta, Dragon Age and Hearts of Iron III.

We can keep this live since PM's on the matter are frowned upon in that group.
No one said The Rapture were responsible for "electroclash" and I never referred to that genre which has been dead for years anyway.
The Rapture, DFA and the mass marketing of "House of Jealous Lovers" is what spawned the public, mainstream explosion of what became and remains the modern "Brooklyn indie scene." Regardless of opinion, everything that happened all came after these 3 introductions to the mainstream. A giant spread in Spin magazine was devoted to this many years ago, so this matter doesn't need to be taken up with me. And not that SPIN is a necessarily respectable source, but it was proper, accurate journalism.
If you are aware of something different, I'm all ears. Peace.
