So this whole injured knee thing, I'm kind of over it.
I called one place for physical therapy and it's $100+ per visit. I'm supposed to go 2-3 times a week for 4-6 weeks. Are you fucking kidding me? I had a major freak out session over that shit. I've since calmed down and am realizing the sooner I get it taken care of, the sooner I can pretend like it never happened.
This is the most expensive "good time" I've ever had... and I didn't even get laid or nothin'.
Edit: I called another place, in Pasadena instead of downtown L.A. and they said they'd be billing insurance, and they would call me after checking with the insurance company. So hopefully this means I won't be paying $100/pop. I don't mind paying $40 per session, that seems reasonable to me. If that's not the case though then I'll have to wonder why the fuck I am paying for insurance every month.

Hey! If you had a choice of being the top scientist in your field or getting mad cow disease which would you choose?

Stuff like that makes me love the military. We get socialized health care. All the knee-fixins I can handle for free.
