We've had DEEP conversations today.
Very much needed.
But I don't feel it got us anywhere.
Just that we know how much we love each other.
Love concurs all???
Hmm.
Been eating TOO many bad things for me. Yesterday I went to Stone Cold Creamery and got my the "German chocolate cake" Ice cream cone. I'm suprised I didn't go into a sugar coma.
Things with high sodium content in them make me feel bad and nasty too. I had a can of chicken noodle soup last night and another over 1200mg sodium tv dinner thing just now. Bloats me up like a balloon, I tell ya. I can feel my pulse in my hair.
I'll get back on track tomorrow. Yay...I'm taking half the day off from work tomorrow.
For a doctor appointment. The 'ol annual exam.
