Shiiiiiiittt. Ten years up in this mess.
Ten years ago I was:
- Single.
- Not a father.
- Had never even heard of my future wife.
- A whole lot thinner.
- Living with Linz platonically and being a pathetic friendzoned 'Nice Guy'.
- A smoker.
- In debt over my eyeballs.
- Driving a 1987 Dodge Ram.
- Living in a 1920s era house which had been subdivided into four apartments in one of the poorest neighborhoods in the city, neighbors with literal crackhouses.
Ten years ago my Pentium III desktop PC had literally half the computing power my cellphone does now.
Ten years ago I bought one of the first Creative MP3 players -- it had a whopping 64MB of storage. FUCK YEAH EIGHT SONGS IN THIS BITCH!
Ten years ago, of the people I thought were my friends, only one is still my friend to this day. The rest are Facebook acquaintances, if anything.
