I've told one or two people this over the last few weeks, but now I'm making it official. In roughly two weeks, my time on SG will come to a close. In a lot of ways, it'll be weird. I've been a member of this site for 8 years. That's a quarter of my life. Not small change, by any means.

But oddly, even though I first came to this site for the girls, I stayed for the social activity. I seriously made some of my best friends because of this site and so, for that, I'll always give it it's deserved credit.

Lately, though, the social-side has become lackluster. Just like most television nowadays, all the people with something interesting or intelligent to say are drowned out by those who speak louder or, in a lot of cases, dumber. Over the last year, I've made one new friend off this site. I used to make a dozen. It just simply isn't worth my time anymore.

So, at the brand new age of 31 (my birthday was a week ago, thank you), I set off into a life filled without Suicide Girls. I'm sure I'll do fine.
