I'm sort of a "Happiness is bouncing the rubble." type of person so when I say I've had enough with the shooting people, it's roughly like Snoop Dogg saying he's smoked too much weed.

So.... I have an idea. Let's get the U.N. or somebody to sponsor an international "Nobody shoots anybody day". I, for one, could use a fucking break.

It might seem like a modest goal, but I suspect if we could actually go a whole day without murder it would be the first time in recorded history. That would be amazing. Could you imagine Katie Couric staring blankly into the cameras, and saying, "Well, ummm… nothing much happened today. So, I guess we'll put up a picture of a kitten for our remaining time. Goodnight?"

Think about it. I'm willing try if you are. As a matter of fact, I'd even sit in a circle, join hands, and sing Kumbaya to make it happen.

Just one day. That's all I ask.
