Actually im larping for the first time this weekend an Orc ranger.. i haven't camped since i was 12 so this should be hilarious. Why don't orcs have 5 star accommodation?

First off .. Sore throat
and a cold.. Im losing my voice. Seems like i get over one thing and its another.
Here is a photo of my kitty (called Maki) she's just turned 1
And my Dog called Diddy .. After Sir Diddymus from labyrinth.
Animals are awesome!
New toy...
My first recurvery bow.. And yes i strung it backwards there.. Its been sorted now. This is for when i go Larping as an Orc at the end of may .. And i spent 200 quid on a piece of armor too .. Well the bow is 22lb draw .. Ideal as the maximum it can be for the event is 30 and i can shoot it in the back garden too.. Just targets.
How's y'all? Got my ticket to see Emilie Autumn in Nottingham too
And i got a star wars origami book too

This sums up the way i feel ... Today was probably one of those days. Listed 61 items on ebay took 4 1/2 hours scrunched up at the computer .. And now i have stomach cramps. Also been levelling like a fool on Swtor. New content next week. Im selling some comic books, some lego mini figures and one piece of

I got instagram at last ... Seems like im the last person in the world. @calla_a if anyone cares.
Things here are good its been pretty dam cold here though with a bloody strong wind too. I saw this and it made me smile.
The cat finally got her cone of shame taken off.. So now she is back to her grumpy self for no apparent reason. She's one of those cats that won't let you give her any fuss but can't stand to be in another room from you when she's awake. Which at 3 am is a little irritating
I got my hair cut .. Apparently it was starting to curl at the ends....
My new thing is LARP ... Where i Will mostly be an orc .. My first bit of kit arrived a couple of days ago.. Some throwing daggers, its great telling people you just got daggers in the post.
First event I'll be going too is Empire in a field in oxfordshire in may... I need to get sewing i have a war skirt to make.
Great thing is week off work after today got no real plans for Easter .. Especially as im not religious.
But i am going to London next week for a couple of days. Was due to be tattooed but with fewer hours can't afford it. Still would be a shame to waste coach tickets and hotel that were already paid for. Anyway that's all for now folks ..

She's ok though she's been jumping about and stalking like nothing happened.. In case i haven't told you got her at 2 weeks old when she was abandoned..had to be bottle fed... And she kinda stuck around Her name is Maki cos when we found her friend said we should turn her into Sushi
For the first time in ages sat down this weekend and actually completed a game .. Hitman Absolution. Loved it.. Great story and there is nothing better than stalking a latex wearing nun through a cornfield with a dagger in your hand .

Finally got Kitty to the Vets today to get her sterilized . Nearly a year old not bad after finding her orphaned and half dead at 2 weeks .. She will be grumpy but hey its for the best.
Life isn't terrible i guess... Getting to enjoy my lazy weekends and may have turned a corner with the apnoea and ibs i hope .. So positive vibes clearly help *sagenod*
Im in soo many groups here now.. Can't help wondering if im spreading myself thin. But thanks to Perr for making a couple of Excellent recommedations.
On the Lego front .. Still too addicted.. Got hold of an Exo-force set from 2007 its like Anime Mecha .. Awesome .
Been Enjoying lots of the beautiful images here .. Lots coming out of South Africa ..
