So we got some snow yesterday. My son's school was closed and my wife played hooky. We had an enjoyably luxuriant day of hanging around the house in our peejays most of the day. That was primarily due to the snow falling, changing to sleet, frozen rain and then finally back to regular flakes. It was almost 5PM when we finally were able to go outside. My son and I sledded down this small hill in the park behind our house. It was fun!
I also had two auditions to call in yesterday, both for Nickelodeon and both SpongeBob Squarepants-related. The first was a general piece of copy about a new DVD. The second dealt with a live appearance by SB and needed to be done in both a normal voice and then as a pirate. What a hoot! Here's hoping...
Today I need to find a cleaning service for our house. While I can clean, I truly hate it. I'll do it and do it well if forced but it's just a back-breaking job and I don't mind paying people to do it. Whatever...
