...and saw The Hunger Games for the second time. Tomorrow night will be for the hat trick (with friends from work).

I attended a viewing of "The Hunger Games" Friday night and was pretty happy with the job they did. Loved the representation of Katniss tripping after getting stung by the Tracker Jackers. I'l see it again this week with some co-workers.

Hilary and I went to Coldstone earlier today with a gift certificate from my mom. While ordering, the kid working the counter saw part of my EAP The Raven tattoo peaking out from my short sleeve t-shirt. He asked if he could see the rest and was very excited abut it. That was fun.

As we are stuck inside by the needed rain, we are in the process of chilling a bottle of prosecco and a bottle of champagne. It is nice, and bubbly, to be stranded indoors some weekends.

Had a photo shoot tonight. Pro shots for my new blog and took some fun ones as well, including some cool lit ones of my Poe "The Raven" tattoo.

Should get them back tomorrow and I'll try to post.

Bam - got laid off Wednesday. Probably a good thing in the long run as I was already looking, but the bills are not going to disappear on their own.

Great opportunity to get involved with something special.

Flight to my favorite city in the world tomorrow morning with my wife.

She refers to San Francisco as my mistress, so it looks like there may be some figurative form of a threesome this week.

Randomly woke up at 5:30 this morning. So checking yesterday's set that I missed and getting some work done. Plans on Friday, Saturday and Sunday already too. Will be a fun weekend, but I really need to set aside some time to work on my web site redesign.

This week at work kicked the crap out of me. It was good and productive with lots of extra hours (damn, salary) but has wiped me out. Hope everyone is heading into the weekend on a high note. Caps vs. Kings in DC tomorrow!

Watched MTV Unplugged Nirvana on DVD followed by Old School to kick off our entertainment festivities here at the new house.

So nice being able to play it as loud as you want and also not hearing other neighbors.

Still some random stuff back in the apartment, but that will get addressed during the week.

Solid new Inked Magazine: The Sex Issue

30 minutes to clean off my car today. It was an interesting process, cutting through the snow and then moving pieces off at a time. It was almost like a brownie tray. Once that first piece came out it was much easier.

Hope everyone else in the East Coast snow belt is managing okay today.

Looks like another work at home day - then a 4 day weekend to move into the house.

Times are grand.

A very good day at work, including a good friend from San Diego interviewing for a position. Keep your fingers crossed.
