Today I made my own tofu... well kinda. I started soaking soy beans and did a test run with some soy milk, which turned out and to I cooked it and ate it :S



I didn't have calcium sulfate so I used lemon juice mixed with equal parts water instead. This make the tofu a bit lemony which wasn't pleasant until I deep fried it in batter...YUM!



Then I used my favorite tofu in black bean sauce recipe

Did a manshop in London and then to the Intrepid Fox for a few pints before Slimelight. The £85 ride home hurts but I just couldn't do the Nightbus... stinky Nightbus

Blah... it's too hot out.

How come I keep forgetting about SG? It's like a rubbish facebook with boobs. Normally the boobs would be enough to keep me coming back... what's wrong with me?!

Went into london last night with an ex student from Denmark last night and a couple ladies. Couldn't even tell you where we went, but I do know that we ended the night at a club called The End... it was pretty cool. I need to know the secret of killing that time between club closing and my first train back home other than subway and nap on the floor at charing cross
