well I thought it was about time that I showed the real me. Seeing as how so many people have been asking me questions about my name and now my new tattoo.
A Painted Bat is a real type of bat.
They live in Southern and eastern India to southern China.
They are rare and live in groups of only 2 - 6
They are beautiful and brighty cloloured.
Although finding a picture of them is hard to do I did find this one.

Way cool. Kinda cute little bug isn't she?
Much nicer then a fruit bat/flying fox. talk about loud muthas. I had a guava? tree outside my bedroom window in Oz. The first night the bats came to party scared the hell outa me.
3am. BANG. Screeching & then the chattering like in the Temple of Doom movie. (Those were fruit bats.)
And they never party alone. If they can fit 1 more into a tree, they try for 5 more. 
I actually missed them, after the first night or two, once they moved on.
