I received this e-mail today:
Dear Missy,
So, I was walking past an Afghan National Army (ANA) soldier the other
day when I saw this sticker on his SAW. sure enough it's the SG logo.
It was funny enough to find that sticker in Afghanistan, much less on
the weapon of an Afghan National. He spoke only a few words of
English, so I'm assuming an American gave him the sticker and he put
it on there without any idea of its meaning. But I knew, and laughed
and took his picture. I pointed at the sticker, and he politely said,
"mine." So, hell maybe he does know.
