I am absolutely never on here anymore. I have about a year and a half of school left. I'll be interning this summer. I'm still bartending. And I spend time with my absolutely amazing super awesome boyfriend whenever I can.

Just poppin' in to say hello! Tomorrow I have a huge presentation for my Talent Management class. I'm really confident, though. There has been a lot of hard work put into it. We present at 9AM, though. EEeeeeeesh. One of the panelist that we're presenting to is from the Santa Monica LA office and she also graduated from Columbia.

Speaking of LA, I'll be there next week! Hectic schedule coming up:

Tuesday: Presentation at 9AM, class 2-3:20pm, work 8:30pm-4am
Wednesday: Meet with classmate to work on sign language at 2pm, last American Sign Language class 6:30pm-until ???, come home and finish writing paper and pack
Thursday: Last Exploring the Art of Music class, go home, go straight to Danger's practice space and leave for Florida
Friday: arrive in Florida, hang out
Saturday: Danger Is My Middle Name is playing at Backbooth for the Florida Music Fest. And I have a meeting with an A&R dude arranged for us
Sunday: fly back to Chicago at 5AM with Elana, work 8pm-4am
Monday: rest, re-pack, clean, rest
Tuesday: fly to LA in the morning
Saturday: fly back to Chicago

And then who knows what. *phew*

The craziness will all calm down in about two weeks! Right after the semester ends, I'm driving out to Des Moines, IA and St. Paul, MN to go see Josh before he leaves for the UK. That's a situation that I don't even know what's going on. We need a ~talk~.

In good news, my friend (of the past like... 6 or 7 years!) Krista tattooed me the other day. It's just the outline and I can't waaaiiiiit to have it colored in.

I saw Tinted Windows last night. I love pop music and they play such feel-good pop music!

Back to cleaning, finishing the presentation outline, management plan, and visuals for said presentation. (Presenting in front of a panel of four industry people, including someone from the LA MTV office and from a record label in LA.. eeeek!!!)

One more month and I will have free time again. YAY!

My American Sign Language class is canceled tonight so I'm just cleaning my room. The whole rest of the apartment is pretty much almost spotless!! I fucking love cleaning.

Friday will be nice and productive. 9am I am getting a sports massage that I NEED VERY VERY BADLY. Then at 2pm, my cat Yoda has a vet appointment. Last week, her cheek all of a sudden became swollen but she was still eating and acting completely normal. I have been poking her and massaging her cheek a LOT since then and she still does not appear to be in any pain and is still eating normal. So she probably just needs to have it drained, but while I'm there, I'm going to just have her checked up, get any shots she needs (She's 13, but when my mom passed away, I couldn't find any of Yoda's health records), and get her ears cleaned as well since she refuses to let ME clean them for her.

Hoping that some cute dude comes into the city tonight.

Oh! Next weekend I will be going on a little mini-tour with the band that I'm helping to manage. Anyone in/near these cities wanna come hang out?!

Between work, getting a migraine so bad I threw up (yeah, that happened), school, homework, managing a band for school, being event director for an event for school, my cat, and just life in general... It's been really hard to keep up with a lot of things. I apologize.

I really, really want to get into burlesque dancing. Just as soon as I find the time...

Long time, no update! Nothing really new. I decided that this summer, if I don't travel a bunch as I'm hoping, then I will definitely be getting back into shape and doing some burlesque. It's something I've been wanting to do for a LONG time and I miss performing so much!!!!

School starts back up next week. Tuesdays are going to be awful. I have class from 9am until 3:20, and then work from 8:30 until 4am. Oh mannnn. This semester should be really interesting, though! Talent Management, American Sign Language, Exploring the Art of Music, and Events: Concert and Festival Management.

Just finished reading a book called The Long Walk. I definitely recommend it! It's a memoir about this man and six other men that were prisoners and sent to Siberia and then how they escaped to freedom. There's a lot to it and I found myself not being able to put the book down.

I recently went to NYC and had a horrible time. It was my first time and my 'friend' that I was staying with didn't really take me to see anything! I got to eat at Serendipity, which was really cool. We walked up 5th Ave a bit and walked through Central Park (at night.. so didn't really see much of it and I was super cold the whole time). Next time I go to NYC, I am going all out and doing all the touristy things and going to museums and art galleries! I did get to see Head Automatica, but by the end of the night, I was so exhausted on them (my friend was working for them that night so I was at the venue allllll day long and knew no one and got bored).
