I used to have this idea for a coffee table book of hazard signs. I worked largely in manufacturing and they all included the most macabre cartoon illustrations of what would happen if you didn't follow said safety procedures (crunched fingers, hair caught in machinery, surprised shocked guy, etc...). I still love em.
The ones on your link have a certain, cool day of the dead sense to them.

I love old labels like that.
Probably part of the reason why I like Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab. They use labels like that on some of their stuff.
