My allergies started to bother me two days ago and yesterday they went into full effect. I didn't even want to move, I just laid there with a box of tissues. I was so drained in every sense of the word that I even went to bed at ten. Then I slept in until nine since I didn't have to work this morning. Eleven hours of sleep helped a little, but I still pretty much feel like butt.

Skwizz has been kind of grumpy lately. He wants to play even less than usual and it takes a bit of coaxing to get him to eat his food in the morning and at night. I'm wondering if he's feeling a little under the weather too.

Saturday we went to a hotel party at the Bavarian Inn which is in Frankenmuth. I normally don't set foot in that city, but since this place boasted an arcade and five indoor pools plus it was Satch's birthday, I decided to make an exception. The arcade was super fun even though it was filled with kids, but I always have fun if there are video games present.

The only suck part was going to the pool. When they say five pools, they really mean three pools that are connected to each other and filled with children, one about a hundred miles from any of the rooms that is also filled with children and an "adults only" pool that has a creepy guy who likes to stare. We surveyed all of our options and finally decided on the creepy adults pool which had two people trying to have sex in it by that point. Swimming was still fun though because it's Michigan and normally I wouldn't be able to swim at all this time of year.

That's all I got for now. I was going to post pictures of our fun times, but I realized Erin has all the pictures and hasn't put them up yet for me to exploit. Boo.

I can't wait to have a day off tomorrow. I'm gonna have to do something constructive with it.
