So, for a month I had no meat. It wasn't very difficult and I didn't have any exceptional craving for it since I created a diet to fulfill all my nutritional needs. I have eaten some meat since the experiment ended, but not much. I feel somewhat healthier and my digestion is healthier overall. While I don't anticipate becoming a full on vegetarian or vegan any time soon, I do anticipate a lot less reliance on meat in my eating habits.
