So, tonight I saw Tom Waits perform live.
Its a rare opportunity that you get to see him really perform, because he seems to be fairly private.
He did a lovely song about November, an excellent song cherishing green, a tribute to his wife, a quick recital of What the Hell's he building and Calp Hands amongst many others. His stage presence is undeniable and his awful jokes are some of the funniest.
My final summation, he's a legendary performer for a reason. Never miss a chance to watch him if you have the choice.
