Yeah, I know some yoga moves, and they help. Pilates is supposed to be all about creating good posture; the few moves I've tried seem right on the money - they really hit me where I feel I need to be strongest and most secure, i.e. my abdomen and back. I breathe better afterwards, as well.

It really depends who you're going out with, doesn't it? I've never been someone who needs to go out just for the sake of it. And if I'm out with someone I don't have any friendship chemistry with them, then I easily get exhausted trying to be interesting!

I guess I'm one of those 'nice once you get to know her' girls, which might be endearing, but it doesn't work too well at clubs! biggrin
