So I've been in a stumper for the past month and a half. Today I'm hoping is my start to get back to normal, workout life. I need to be healthier for me. Also starting my Reset Challenge soon is anyone is interested! It's a 5-day low glycemic detox followed by 5 weeks of awesomeness :3

Going t a friend's church food festival. Do you think this is ok? They're pretty conservative but it's hot, I don't want to wear pants -_-;; Does this even match?
Woke up at 8:20am today instead of sleeping in. Drank my caffe lift nutrimeal and tuned into my 2hour training. Always learning about health and running my own business is a great start. Gotta keep at it!
How did you all start your Saturday?
Just got back to going to the gym after being away from it for almost a month. I'm still amazed I lost weight when I've missed that much time working out.
Anyways how's everyone doing? I'm doing great working on myself and trying to help others be healthy too. It's such a great feeling! How have you all been helping others?
