I should be sleeping right now...I know I should be sleeping right now.
After a hectic fuckin day, I hate the notion of having to come home and hop straight into bed. I'd like to pick up a book, write something down, listen to some music and indulge in a glass of whiskey.
The night eludes me....it never did. I've been on a serious Bill Withers kick lately, It's like crack or a bag of tomtits ( I meant tostitos and spell check provided "tomtits" as a suggestion what the fuck is a tomtits!!!!)
I can't get enough.
This song has been killing me lately.
The only thing I keep thinking about it the scene in "Anchorman" at the pool party as he sees Veronica and lets out the "oohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"
You tube clip is missing because apparently no one thinks that scene is worthy enough of putting up. Sigh.
This week is bad, stemming from the last...I keep telling myself " one more day...then IAMX and NIN....freedom and no work for 5 days.....take another bite of the shit sandwich and regrettably swallow.
It'll all be worth it.
