driving the darkest longest road
a vacuum
the void
nowhere nothing
to see or cling to
voice on the radio talking
current global
emotional and mental condition of humanity
the nature of human suffering
illusion and reality
fear and desire
a cool debate about who should live
who should die
who will judge and decide

i got to move on
i got to travel

you should go get the december issue of spin. There is an artical about his death and the new cd and it is an amazing 10 page artical. I really really think any fan should read it... you will really get a good look into his life and it is one of the most inspiring things i have ever read.

The tree of enlightenment was tall and outstanding. Its trunk was diamond, its main boughs were semi-precious stones, its branches and twigs were of various precious elements. The leaves, spreading in all directions, provided shade, like clouds. The precious blossoms were of various colors, the branching twigs spread out their shadows. Also, the fruits were jewels containing a blazing radiance. They were together with the flowers in great arrays. The entire circumference of the tree emanated light; within the light there rained precious stones, and within each gem were enlightened beings, in great hosts, like clouds, simultaneously appearing.
Avatamsaka (Flower Adornment) Sutra

almost tomorrow
somewhere
i hear someone playing
an acoustic piano
bill evans
why so sad tonight
maybe its just the song
when i fall in love
a song of desire and longing
the essential human experience
what do you desire
at the deepest most fundamental level
what is the desire that defines your identity
dont name it
evoke it

*sacred bow to you
dorky, I know, but still, you're the kind of vibratory energy that keeps me alive. instead of being a black hole, trying to suck all the light for your own enjoyment. you reflect it for everyone to enjoy. so I.........*bow my head.
peace

eat the body and mind first
then the delicious soul for desert
so over my head in witchcraft
i wonder if its got me this time
risky i stepped outside the circle
gonna lay low at least for a few hours
try to act small and not worth bothering with
maybe nothing wil notice me
if i can live through the night
i can sleep...

poems on satan
living breathing
walking eulogy
satan, he epitomizes
fallen angels and
dreams deferred and dashed
the gnat in your birthday pudding
flies on your anniversary picnic cake
and what of dante's levels
new and refined degrees of hell
from the soft to the hard again
jesus was down
he knew what was up with the shadow side of things
for every saint, a sinner,
jesus plays blackjack with beelzebub
on the regular
it helps them keep one another sharp
and in check
no one gets it, see,
satan ain't no enemy,
he's the flip side of you, and jesus,
and me
pissed and paranoid foul odious
the habits and the aberrance
mistakes we just can't break
reminding us we're fallible
and fall-ing-able
wicked undertow in the fool's card
tarot
he's just a smile, shapeshifted, is all
we are all one, all of us
he represents the truth gone scorned
he's the shitstarter inside us who needs to be adorned
brought back into the fold
and finally, adored
