hmmm...im in beauty school so heres my expert (ha) opinion. go to a beauty supply store, get bleach and a high volume (30-40 volume) doveloper and just bleach out the sections that didnt take, and color over it with the black. thte bleach and doveloper will only be like, 5 bucks, and you just mix equal parts of each. thats probobly the only way to get that hair to take the color, bleaching it out. biggrin

alright...so i really wanted to wait untill i actually had something to say before I did this, but, whatever, you'll have to put up with this meaningless chatter for now. nothing's really been going on in my life lately. just the usual waste of time. my life consists of drinking and going home empty handed. it sucks. alright i'm depressing myself so i'm out.
