So, we're in the fourth week of this semester and already my schedule is nutty. It's a self imposed schedule so I guess that just means that I'm crazy more than anything. I've been waking up at 5 in the morning everyday to hit the gym for an hour to an hour and half, then it's home to eat and shower, then I'm in school from 8-8, then it's back home to do whatever needs doing, and then finally bedtime by at least 11 otherwise I'm dead the next day. I feel like I really need this schedule to be productive otherwise I'll sleep too long or be super lazy. I want to get as much done in a day as possible especially since I only have a few semesters left to graduate with my masters. Working out in the morning has really paid off as well, I've lost 20 lbs in the last six weeks and feel much better than I have in the past few years. Eating healthy in a small town is such a pain in the ass though. There are so few healthy options if I have to go out to eat and I always feel like a jerk if I go out to eat with friends and I don't order anything. It's like, "oh the food's I'll just stare at you guys while you eat for the next 20-30 minutes" blegh. Well, I know I haven't been around much so hopefully this post kinda clues you in to why I'm not on here so much. I mean, I don't expect to have much of a following anyway seeing as I've been away for so long. 😂
