My beloved Prague is flooding!

We have 3rd degree flood warnings out. Tomorrow, cars will most likely be banned from the centre and possibly, some underground lines stopped. Some public transport is out already today and the weather forcast for today and the rest of the week is by far not good
There is already one fatality close to Prague, where a cottage fell on a woman's head. Rest of Bohemia in the Czech Republic looks either not much better or in fact worse We had a legendary flood here in August 2002 so people are panicky, though I hope, as that was a millennium high that it wouldn't repeat in a decade
