OK, my bro and his family came in town for a few days. They always insist on giving us hand-me-downs for my youngest son. I don't mind, I really appreciate it, but I don't like the fact that the clothes come with conditions. Certain shoes or shirts we must save and set aside for my brother's wife's sister's kid. If that makes since. We must keep them super clean and ship them to Dallas once they no longer fit my son. It is not like it is a suit or really nice picture type clothes. A shirt, T-shirt mind you, jeans or sandals. Not all of them just the once they want to keep, almost randomly and usually at the time they are giving them to us. Picture this End of their trip, they are packing and then.
Oh yea, we have clothes for you! (they hand me a plastic bag) by-the-way, we want to give the red sneakers and the yellow t-shirt and both pairs of blue jeans for my sister. Oh, and the white shorts and the green polo. See you guys later, we love you, bye.
And there is like 20 items in the track bag. She is insane. We have just decided to stop using them and place the clothes in a box and store it until for a few months, then return it to them or send the box to Dallas. This last time they actually gave it to use the day before they left. I re-boxed the clothes and then gave it back to them with three other boxes. Their next stop was Dallas to visit her mom and sister. I'm sure I will get a phone call from my brother in a week or two. I did tell him to please take us off the hand-me-down list. Or un-subscribe us. I said it in a nice way, but still.
Other then that and there screaming kids, we had a good holiday. Right now both me and my wife are sick. I will see a dr. tomorrow well today in six hrs. Did I forget to mention I have had insomnia for about a week or so? I'm getting a lot of TV watched. I'm down to 35% of my memory, on my DVR, from 65% full. I have also been hitting the Netflix pretty hard.
What kind of presents have you guys gotten? Any new toys or anything? My wife gave me a Monty Python box set. Holly grail, And now something completely different and a third one. I haven't gotten to it just yet. Oh, 30% now.
Shit I gotta go right now. You guys take care.
