Found lots more black feathers today.
Found a monarch butterfly, dead, but in one piece.
Made a boquet of wildflowers for Jonny complete with snack of pear from the pear tree on the way home from work.
Saw a crane for the second or third time in my life.
Went to Long John Silvers for the first time.
Yar.

Spoke to both of my parents yesterday. Haven't spoken to either of them in a long time. My dad's having hemrhoid problems and is going to have an operation on his butt. My mom is moving back up here from Alabama soon,

Anyone ever read a book called Wicked by some guy named Maguire? I had it explained to me earlier, and now i mustn't rest til i have my hands on it. It's basically the life and times of the wicked witch of the west. Apparently, there's a reason why she's green, Glinda the good witch of the east was her roomie in college, and it explained why she wanted those ruby slippers so badly. That's what i got so far, and i need the book. I'd've gone to the library, but they close to early on sundays. Bastards.

I'm listening to musical selections from Hedwig and the Angry Inch. And, might i add, if you have not seen this movie, it is quite time you have. On DVD. Indeed. John Cameron Mitchell is absolutely beautiful, and co-creator of Hedwig, herself, so that helped this movie kick ass.
Synopsis: Boy, Hansel, living in communist east Berlin pre-wall-coming-down, meets american GI, falls in love, gets a (terribly botched) sex change to marry and move to america with the soldier, gets dumped in america and starts a rock band to support herself (there is SO much more to the story, but in a nutshell, that's enough).
Wish i could see it on stage.
