Oh, you know it when one of those punks saunter into the gas station. You know it. You can smell it on 'em. They can be tricky. Some of them walk into the store with a smoke in their hand, some of them have a ticket... but it's in the car... and they drive off. THIS one played my favorite game, defiant eye contact. my guess was 16 years old, maybe barely 17.

Punk: Can i get a hard pack of camel lights [lays a ten in the bullitproof window]?
Cignazi: Sure [Pulls em out, lays them down, takes his ten], can i see some ID?
Punk: I don't have it on me.
Cignazi: Sorry, can't sell.
Punk: [Grabs the cigs] Well, i got em now.
Cignazi: Yeah, and i have your 10.
Punk: I'll let you keep the 10.
Cignazi: [Rolling eyes, tempted, but now he's being a dick] Don't be a brat.
Punk: I'm not being a brat... whatcha gonna do? Call the cops?
Cignazi: [Looks out the window, girl sitting in the driver's seat] well, i do have your girlfriend's plates.
Punk: {Pushes cigs back thru window]
Cignazi: [Cordially slides 10 back] Have a nice day.
