I'm going to be taking over the medieval-style herb garden at a local heritage house. I am enthused.



In other news: I love hedgehogs. We have one in our garden and I was watching him snuffling around last night. Then a couple of wee bats appeared above me, drawn to the torch-light; they swooped and whizzed and flapped right over my head. Was quite thrilling. Really cheered me up, nature-boy that I am.
