So its 7:30 in the morning. I worked my night reception job last night til 3 am. I have not been to sleep yet. I'm not sure why. I'm tired, I just can't sleep. Weird as hell. So, right now I'm manically cleaning my apartment and dishes. I am excited though. I have an awesome apartment lined up for the next year. It is where my friend Brittney is living now, and here is the description:
Great Location: Across the street from Sparrow Hospital on Eureka Street, short biking distance to MSU's campus or LCC's campus and located just a short walking distance from popular bars such as Rum Runners, The Exchange, Stovers, etc or coffee house Gone Wired.
Very clean 3rd floor apartment!
One big bedroom
-Big walk in closet which also has a window in it
One bathroom
-with really neat vintage claw foot tub
HUGE living room
-Lots of windows and French doors that go out onto 4 season all window porch
-desk alcove
-closet storage space also with a window in it
Good sized kitchen
-with lots of cupboard space
-stove (gas is included in rent price, and it's a gas stove
, oven, fridge
-dishwasher (Free water!)
-garbage disposal
-all new screens installed in ALL windows for this summer!
Beautiful wood french doors lead out to a 4 seasons porch that juts out from the front of the building. The room is all windows on every side, and at night you get this cool arty urban feel because when you look out you see all of the city lights.
Beautiful wood trim through out entire apartment with matching doors on closets, stairwell door, and bedroom door.
Two key entrances, one accessed through in inside of the building, and the other one up a wooden staircase in the back of the building with small porch area for storing your bike or a small grill.
FREE Parking
FREE trash removal
FREE maintenance (these guys are great, you can call them for anything)
FREE heat
FREE water
FREE gas
$490 per month
Pets allowed for a small fee, although I didn't have any, so if you are allergic (because I am) the apartment is completely clean and I've had no problems with my allergies.
Sublease for around May 15 until July 31st*. or just sign a permanent lease with my landlord right away!! e (Let me know sooner than later though because these go fast!)
How rad is that?
Now all I have to do is get a kitty and name her Cheshire.
Read the poem in my last entry. Much love.
