I'm not sure if anyone here follows me on instagram (deadletterboy), but I have to imagine that you've maybe seen my recent photos popping up in your feed. They're mostly of horses, though occasionally another animal is mixed in. These photos are all thanks to me having one of the best jobs that I've ever had in my life.
This summer, I'm living and working at Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota. I'm helping with a research project, focused on studying the foaling rates of the mares that live in the park. There's nothing like coming out there and finding a new baby. We're up to fifteen so far, with only one having passed away from a genetic disease. It's been incredible. I'm having fun.
