strangest night ever:
you know it's snowing hard when the entire upper east side and tops of buildings become not visible





1. work got me $100 for no reason. we have a guy that comes in every so often and just hands them out to anyone at random. pretty sweet.
2. walking home 3 different stores/bars shoveling the sidewalk...none of which properly using a shovel. didn't know this was possible.
3. come home to find my door smashed, the lock in pieces on the floor, all the lights on, and my smoke detector unplugged and sitting on my stove...no note. no message from landlord.



4. hear that neighbor girl is awake so i knock and she explains my apt filled with smoke from a pan i left on the stove that got hot from the pilot light. so they broke in to turn it off.
WHAT THE FUCK!!
this is karma for me making bacon potatoes.
5. if the pan on the stove caused the problem, you're going to leave the now removed smoke detector in the same damn spot?? are you serious?
FML. at least i have heat

6. the 14th season of Law and Order Special Victims with Ice T is shooting on my block on Moday per signs on the street. 14th !! There must be like 1000 seasons of that show with all the different ones now...random!
