Walking is always the best way... if you have to get 3 things from upstairs, get them one at a time etc... Walking burns calories but doesn't work muscle like gym work. It's how I stay slim, lol, well the stairs thing is mostly because I'm so scatter brained. But i'll walk to the 3rd corner shop away if I've had a calories rich meal and the like... oh... and figgiting, burns a hell of a lot more than you'd think.

Thats really sad, Im not sure about the whole thing, I think it is possible that it does happen, but I would think after they did about 10 exorcisms that I would come to believe that it was all in her head, but I dont know the whole story so I cant be 100% sure if it was real or not.

My depression is becoming more of a problem now to, but I really can't find much to be happy about, so I find it hard to fight it, at least you have some great things to keep you above water and people who will always be by your side.
You are a good enough mom, you do everything for him, depression is something inside the brain, you can't help it, as long as you do what you need to do to help your son that is all that matters in determining if you are a good mom or not.

yes i have the jelly-flab going on. its not a lot, but when i touch my belly i definitely feel that weird texture that i'm just not used to.
