So I've gone ahead and told the person I was planning on travelling with in Central America this winter that I don’t want to go there – the extremely high crime rates in some of those countries really scare me – so now I’m free to go somewhere else. But where?

Three months (Jan/Feb/Mar), anywhere in the world, it’s just gotta be hot and cheap. I’m thinking a month in each of three countries, relatively close together, like India-Indonesia-Philippines or Ecuador-Peru-Bolivia or Morocco-Ghana-Tunisia. Any suggestions?

Places where there are lots of SGs to shoot would be appealing, though not mandatory.
