I've finally made it back to the Yukon and now I'm in Dawson City. I haven't visited here in nearly four years or lived here in seven, but it feels like I've come home.
Dawson City is a magical place. Timeless. It's a goldrush-era town (on the banks of the Klondike River) and all the buildings are maintained in that late 19th century style, so even coming back years later, it feels as though nothing's changed. The casino, the river ferry, the Pit, they're all the same. It's going to be such an awesome summer.
Here's a few photos of some buildings. In a few days I'll post some photos of the scenery.
