After nine consecutive nights of being jostled around in big cities – with all their noise and stink and congestion – I decided it was time to head to a beach again. This is Cherating, on the east coast of Malaysia. Looks pretty boring, huh?
I was going to go to Kuala Lumpur, but decided getting a hut on a beach would be better for me. I'd actually much rather be back in Thailand, but because of the timing of my visa, I can't re-enter that country until Feb.22. So instead I've decided to book a whole week in Cherating, after which I'll spend one night in a border town, and then head back to the land of the Thais.
There's nothing to do here, which is fine; I'm pretty good at doing nothing. In two days my set with @stormyent goes live, so I have that to look forward to, and two days after that is the debut set from @daniirae...
