Wow.

Da Vinci Code SUCKS like I didn't even expect. It's Hollywood Bukkake!

I mean, I hate the book. I really wish I had never read it, but c'est la vie. But I hoped that, since the book read like a bad action/thriller movie, that maybe the movie would work.

Nope. I don't think I've ever seen a movie take itself so seriously for such a long time.

But Ian McKellen literally got it. I think he actually read the book, went "well, this is terrible. I guess I can have fun with it!" and threw himself into just having a blast with it. Thanks, Ian! You didn't decide to be serious, and you gave me a few moments of enjoyment. Unfortunately, it took an hour or so of the movie to actually get to him. And the rest of the movie is... to put it this way:

Yeah. Anyway, let's hope X3 is more inadvertantly hilarious than this. Because then I'll actually not consider starting the kid's movie a couple theaters down half an hour in.

And by the way...

Tom Hanks' hair scares me.
