I had a pretty wonderful day at work... There was plenty of staffing to cover the needs of the residents which left me to myself. I was able to catch up on a half month of misc. paperwork, field a number of calls and listen to my iPod, piping in Samuel Barber, The California Guitar Trio, Stephane Grapelli and Booker T. and the MG's. We celebrated a resident's B-Day a few days early for the sake of those unable to make his Saturday backyard bash. Though a disruption to the schedule it was, no one complained due to the presence of an extra-large ice cream cake.
I had a fantastic time at Flux last night! Many thanks to those who made it and went out of their way to do so! I'm not sure if I'll be in attendance next week but, I'll be sure to say so in SGCT. BTW - I posted pics in the group 'photoset' section!

Have fun in Ireland - have' I understood this right, you are going to Ireland, or have you already been? Whereabouts are you going/did you go? I know Ireland a little - my parents used to live in Donegal, and I've visited Dublin, Cork and Galway.
But I'd rather go to Iceland too. Do you think there are any Icelandic members of SG?
Thanks for the tip re. the Matrix cartoons - I'm aware of them but haven't seen them. I loved the first Matrix movie (didn't everybody) and thought it had a lot of interesting ideas, but the series seemed to grow progressively less thoughtful until Revolutions was just a dumb shoot-'em-up.
Heigh ho...
