In other news, there's a daring commentary in The Onion today. 
I find myself today watching The Shipping News remebering how when I'd read the book, I'd rediscovered my knot fetish. Not a binding or tying fetish, I just like knots....quite boring really. I ransacked my car looking looking for coarse twine, something to braid, tie. No such luck. Some senses tell me it's leftovers from smoking, the need to do something w/ my hands. Some other senses tell me I should put a guitar in them in them when I next have the chance. For now, I sit and fold laundry, perchance to thumb-twittle when I'm done.
