Note to self and others: Don't go out drinking the night before setting your clocks ahead... Aside from the ususal loss of quality sleep from booze, one also loses an hour of sleep altogether.
Hmmm... *grumble* I just completed my usual 13-14 hour Sunday shift but, this time I was ill. The cold I've been trying to fight off for the past couple of days now has shown itself. So far, it seems to be relatively benign but, feeling shitty stretched over that long w/o a break has me drained to day the very least. Luckily I have the next couple of days off... They're going to be spent on sleeping in late, drinking lots of tea and working on laundry & reading.
Another note to self: Buy more ginger tea, dammit. And maybe a lemon or two, as well.
