Got to take my not so li'l brother to the local animal shelter to put dibs on a greyhound that just came in. My mom hatched a plan to adopt one a few months ago & has been waiting by the phone for news on an arrival date for a new crop. We took a couple out for a walk around the complex, noted body language, how they reacted towards strangers, other dogs...the what-not. And, he placed a claim on a two yr female named Stella. He and my mom'll be swinging buy to pick her up tomorrow after they purchase a swank new jacket for it. 
Other than that, the only new thing in my world is clean laundry. Hope your Saturday night is more exciting than mine, sitting here, typing this sentence that I'll end right here.

what a great thing your guys are doing... i love grey hounds! i hear there's a real problem with poeple buying greyhounds then not wanting them.... so ya, good on you!
