So...bad news, good news, great news...
Bad news: I'd somehow gotten it into my head that today was a double-shift that I was picking up at work. Turns out that it was tomorrow so, all of that getting up at 5:30 in the morning to be at work for 6:45am - All for nothing. At least I was able to confirm the embarrassing info prior to the rest of the office rolling up and having the odd chuckle at my sleepy expense. After I'm done posting this, I'm going back to bed...hopefully.
Good News: Speeding back home, I was listening to NPR's All Things Considered. My local affiliate chimed in for station identification, lists of community events and local weather. My ear perked at an unusual scale used in the backround chamber music. I gave it a couple more seconds, pouring through the mental chamber music roldex. The answer arrived and I burst out laughing: I realized I was listening to some classical restylings of Metallica's 'Fade To Black' that a sneaky engineer snuck on the air.
Great News: I can now select Kay as a favorite SuicideGirl!

I'll be spending the next few days at her place looking after her. Feel free to stop by, I'm sure she'd like to see you. (We can also play with her digital cable ) If not, I'll see you at game night
