You're absolutely right about the idea that looks aren't the only thing that draw me (or you) to another person. In fact, I'd like to think it's less about looks than it is my shining fucking personality, but even in this day and age, you can't expect others to reciprocate on that. I can look past someone's physical flaws, but can someone else do the same for me? In all probability, no. People are too hooked on aesthetics, what with all the glamor of magazines and movies.

Still, as someone else commented to me, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and your kind of unconventional style is attractive to me physically, whereas it might not be for another man. Any who, just throwing that out there.

This is only the second instance I'm aware of. Although once is probably more than enough.
