Too thick. I'd aim more for whipped cream because it tastes better and is lighter and fluffier. I think sour cream would be much like a tar pit.

I really think you need to keep dog poo eating smurf so that when you are out walking and some asshat doesn't pick up after the dog they were walking, you'll have the smurf there to keep the offending pile out of your way!
