Brunch rules my world. Have you ever gone to brunch at Blue Water Grill? It's totally worth it, it's like $20/person but it's AMAZING - think "crabcake eggs benedict." The most decadent culinary concoction ever created.

Yesterday was spent practicing circumcision on pacifiers with rubber gloves placed over them then shopping with my friend R (payday! Woohoo!) followed by another excellent clinic ( I placed my first IUD in clinic --that shit is brutal). For dinner, drug ho-ing again, this time at Le Petite Auberge, where I had a superb French Onion soup and filet mignon followed by chocolate mousse.

Have I said how much I love my work sometimes? Tonight was one on those 'my job is so fucking awesome' clinics. I went from the 66 year old Rasta with Hep C to the 27 year old woman who is 3 months pregnant, to the 33 year old guy whose warts I burned off to the 4 year old kid with a runny nose....

In clinic yesterday one of the patients said she works for Queer Eye. She is the prop girl, and she's hired to go out shopping and buy things that a gay guy would buy. I feel so duped.

Yesterday I spent the morning interviewing candidates for my training program..lots of perky fresh faced nubile young med students.The best part is meeting with the other interviewers afterwards and ripping them to shreds. So fun.
This was followed by clinic in the afternoon,then a quick drink with an old friend from SF, with whom i had nothing to talk to about anymore.
