So by some miracle last week I was able to get a bit of time off work, and managed a little trip to Belgium! I haven't written a blog in forever, so I thought some photos of my trip might be a nice way to get back into it 😄
The weather was unbelievable. And we literally stayed on the road where Audrey Hepburn was born! I ate so much chocolate, it really is as good as you would expect.
It's been a long time since I watched the film In Bruges but I remembered the huge bell tower that guy jumps off. I went to the top of it! Up an enormous spiral staircase, 332 steps!! Well worth it though.
I ate loads and drank loads and switched off for the first time in a long time. It was exactly what I needed and I feel much more relaxed now! Hopefully I don't have to wait 12 months for another little break 😅🙊
