I don't really have any severe phobias.
But for a long time deep water scared me.
There was once kind of a traumatic experience I had at the beach when I was really small.
At the beach I was by the shore and a wave knocked me down and back out and it freaked me out.
I had recurring dreams about the tide coming to get me for most of my life.
Fear can be more of an enemy than friend if there's not a good reason for it. Then you're just anxious.
I don't like being afraid. Better to know that you should be afraid but you're not. You're just able to handle things.
