Will try to kill it with Wild Turkey and one last night of Skyrim.

Fucking seriously. I want to go for a run today. I'd rather not die. How many calories does a half an hour of rigorous tug of war with a 60lb pitt bull burn off? I can do that inside at least.

And maybe the heavy bag in the nice cool basement

A blog a day. That is my current goal.

I am other places, but they know me. I'm virtually anonymous here, so there is a freedom in that.

I'm sure I will think of something ridiculously exciting to report later.

I lied. It wasn't too hot to walk the dog. It was too hot to run the dog a mile and a half. Both me and the puppy are near death, but exercised.

This is the first day since the break up that I'm having a hard time with it. And my dog doesn't realize it's too hot to go on a walk. Maybe extended tug of war will calm her.

Need to find something fun to occupy my mind.

So. After 5 years I am single. It's been a long time. There are no hard feelings. No broken hearts. It just stopped working. I think I'll be okay.

Day 11 - Exercise hasn't killed me yet. Started eating better this week. I was heavier than I thought, up to 255, only 5 off my high. I took a before picture for posterity... too disgusting to post, maybe when I have an after to contrast.

Exercise for me and the puppy - Day 6 - every part of my body hurts. that is probably necessary. The dog and I are up to walking/running 3 miles. Taking a couple days off of running to give my poor joints a rest, apparently I got old when I wasn't paying attention.
