(The reason I buy whole milk, whole milk products and NON-reduced fat/cal/sugar or anything like that is because I whole-heartedly believe the purest form of a product is better for you. It might not help with my weight loss goals, but it's a lot healthier for my health and long-term healthiness. I do not believe in chemically changing/altering or man-made alternatives...
