One of my intarweb friends is mailing me some arnica. Apparently once you take it (its for sprains and such) you are able to work out and miraculously nothing hurts anymore, so we'll see. Thank you Moya
I am so fucking bored not being able to work out and train people. I need something to do. I want to get all Betty Crocker up in here but I need someone to give the end result to because I do not need to be eating dessert.
